DIW Service s.r.o. belongs to Voith Industrial Services, a division of the Voith group.
DIW offers complex services in the field of Technical and Infrastructural Facility Management as well as several support services for Industrial facilities including Administrative centers. To guarantee flexibility, a fast response and close proximity to our customers, DIW have built up more than 100 locations all over Europe.
DIW Service in Slovakia was founded in 2001 and is based in Bratislava. Today, we have two branches - Žilina und Košice and we employ approximately 600 people of different professions.
Innovation and continuous improvement is a typical characteristic of DIW operations. Innovative ideas must follow a criteria so that the idea itself fully conforms to the needs of our customers and of the marketplace. To briefly explain, the process starts with the identification of expectations. This leads to planning and implementation of new processes, which is followed by an analysis of the results achieved. Finally, these results are presented to the customer. We have succeeded in continually expanding our service portfolio.
